Tjörven Masil is a trainee lawyer from 1 September 2021 and joined the ranks of Agio Legal (Ligé Advocaten) under student contract on 1 May 2021. Within the Agio team, his specialisation extends to all aspects of public and administrative law: environmental law (including urban development, environment, environmental permits, spatial planning, administrative and criminal enforcement), Local Government Decree, Municipal Administrative Sanctions, expropriation law, government liability, government contracts, public-private partnerships, domain law, concessions, public procurement, energy law, etc. He advises and assists companies, public authorities and private individuals in various proceedings concerning public and administrative law, both in public proceedings or application procedures, and in appeal proceedings sensu lato.
