Thomas Degraeve


Thomas focuses on corporate law. In addition to commercial and contract law, he has particular expertise in intellectual property law and IT law (including data protection). Thomas also regularly pleads before the various courts.

In 2012, Thomas obtained the Master of Laws degree from KU Leuven (with distinction). He also followed part-time the additional Master in intellectual rights and ICT law at KU Leuven.

Thomas started his career in a medium-sized Limburg firm and then worked in one of the big four law firms. He also has experience as an in-house lawyer. He joined Agio Legal in January 2022.

Thomas is also a member of the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law (BMM).
