Maxim Vlerick started his career at a medium-sized Belgian law firm before joining Agio Legal in November 2022. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, IT and intellectual property (IP) law, (interactive) media, telecommunications law, data protection and privacy.
Within the Agio team, he mentors start-ups, scale-ups and international companies operating in the broad technology sector. He also works with a number of “big tech” companies on a daily basis. He has experience and expertise regarding the legal issues posed by new technologies – such as artificial intelligence (AI), Internet-of-things (IoT) and cloud computing – , and actively and problem-solvingly works with you to further develop, protect and commercialise your product.
