Passion Winter is a Paralegal with six years of experience, combining legal support with broad responsibilities for the organisation and day-to-day operations of Agio Law and the wider Agio Solutions group.
In 2020, she obtained a professional bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with a major in Legal Practice and a specialisation in Real Estate, from Artesis Plantijn University College Antwerp. Her studies provided a broad foundation in law, complemented by business economics and legal communication skills, with further expertise in property matters through her Real Estate specialisation.
During her studies, Passion completed an internship at Agio Law and wrote her bachelor’s thesis on the transfer of shares in a private limited company. She applied her legal knowledge to the analysis and practical development of legal issues and remained with the firm following her internship. Building on her interest in law, she subsequently enrolled in the bridging programme leading to the Master of Laws at Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
Alongside her work as a paralegal, she supports management in overseeing operations and coordinates internal organisation, facilities management, marketing and communications, as well as events and trade fairs. Her responsibilities extend across all three divisions of Agio Solutions: Agio Law, Agio Capital and Agio Finance. As a central point of contact, she connects the teams and facilitates communication, coordination and collaboration across the group.
Through her legal experience, real estate knowledge and organisational skills, Passion contributes to the day-to-day operations and professional profile of Agio Solutions.
